Yoga for Graceful Aging promotes improved balance, strength, flexibility and bone density. Sleep better, improve digestion, feel more vital!

  • Simple seated movements combined with mindful breathing help improve your immune system by increasing flow to your lymphatic system.

  • Lubricate joints and improve circulation with standing poses while improving strength and balance. 

  • Learn how to use props to help you move more fluidly. 

You don’t have to get on the floor to enjoy the benefits of practices for graceful aging - you are never too old or young to care for your body, soothe your mind, and vitalize your energy. Wear comfy clothes!
