Yoga - Slow Flow + Meditation

All levels enjoy a flowing sequence to stretch the body, release stuck energy, and get the mind and nervous system into the ‘rest & digest’ mode (parasympathetic).

Breath techniques paired with movement prepare you for a 15-20 minute guided meditation - allowing you to experience a deeper state of peace.

If you’ve been unsuccessful in the past when you’ve tried mediation, please try again - we can help you get there more rapidly and efficiently!

Bring your yoga mat and sit cushion if you have them!
