Reiki - Energy Balancing Therapy
The Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation which promotes healing. In a resting position, or combined with yoga, meditation or sound treatments, it is administered by the Reiki Practitioner laying hands on or near an affected area. Based on the idea that the unseen "life force energy" (known as Prana in traditional Indian medicine) flows through us and is the source of healing and life. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "Universal" and Ki which is "life force energy".
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance flowing through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Sound + Vibration Therapy
Sound is a powerful, multifaceted healing modality. The mesmerizing sounds of instruments such as gongs, Tibetan bowls & crystal bowls put the mind at ease. The instrument produce theta & delta brainwaves known to provide healing benefits physically and emotionally. Sounds frequencies move 4 times faster through water than air. Since the human body is up to 80% water, the frequencies of these healing sounds penetrate the body at a cellular level.
The sound and vibration instruments also generate binaural beats known to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain, leading to reduced stress, improved sleep and more mental clarity.
Ayurvedic & Anti-Aging Facials
The Kansa wand helps to revitalize and plump skin, soften fine lines, de-puff the eyes, firm the jawline and cheekbones, and relax the neck and shoulders. Some refer to a treatment with the Kansa wand as a 'natural facelift.'
This treatment works on the lymphatic system - the body's natural detoxing mechanism which collects waste in the form of excess fluid in your body. A hectic lifestyle can cause fluid and toxins to build up in the lymph. Regular facial massages, Face Yoga and Kansa Wand facials help to keep this system clear, and your face and decolletage vibrant and young.
