Sound Meditation is the practice of deep relaxation and healing with the use of sound and music.

 For thousands of years, sound has been used in ancient cultures to ease anxiety and promote a sense of well being. Many cultures, religions and traditions have celebrated the power of music to induce meditative states, and expand one's consciousness.   

As you lie down comfortably, let the soothing sound and vibration relax your body, listen to guided relaxation to develop greater peace of mind. We incorporate the use of ancient Tibetan instruments, such as gongs and crystal singing bowls, as well as drums, koshi chimes, tingshe chimes, and more.
